“Yoga is not just a workout, it is a work-in. And this is the point of spiritual practice; to make us teachable; to open up our hearts and focus our awareness so that we can know what we already know and be who we already are.”

Yin Yoga

This is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding passive postures for longer periods of time. It’s a great way to improve flexibility, mindfulness, and stress relief.

Restorative Yoga

This is the most relaxing form of yoga. It involves using props to support the body in gentle postures that are held for several minutes. It’s a great way to de-stress, improve sleep, and promote overall relaxation.

This restorative session offers clients 60 minutes of gentle hands-on adjustments while resting in specific poses. These poses are selected to help you elicit the relaxation response, utilizing simple prop setups that encourage deep mind-body release and healing. The session may also include hot stones, guided meditative sequences, breathing exercises & aromatherapy.
